Jay Sean, the ubiquitous and chart-topping UK pop/R&B singer who landed stateside with 2009'sAll or Nothing, is set to release his Cash Money/Universal Republic follow-up Freeze Timein stores and on all digital platforms November 2nd in the US and November 1st Internationally.
