The Black Eyed Peas Make Digital History In The UK
Global hip hop super group The Black Eyed Peas have made history in the UK by becoming the first artists to ever sell one million in just digital downloads.
"I Got A Feeling" has already passed the one million milestone selling 1,011,852 downloads as of June 14th and this will no doubt continue to rise.
The track is one of only ten singles (physical and digital) that has sold more than one million copies in the UK since 2000.
The band's album The E.N.D. (released in June 2009 through Interscope) was UMG's top global album release for 2009 with 4 x Platinum status in the UK.
